Comments: I’ve been using our dock ladder for years, which is basically straight up and down like a fire escape gooseneck ladder. As we’re getting older and spending more time with our grandchildren, that ladder is a little difficult for the little ones and for my wife. I invested in this seven step Dock ladder it makes getting in and out of the Great South Bay Sureon. It’s so much easier to deploy then the original bulkhead ladder that we have so it makes a bit more enjoyable going in and out of the water. And we find that we use th go into the babe much more often because of the ease of this staircase/ladder. The only downsize side was that we had to wait almost a month for the delivery. And when we only have a three month swimming season here on Long Island that kind of stinks.

Comments: overall quality excellent, dealing with company was easy, very helpful, easy to put together and install, a little bit more than with I wanted to spend which is the only reason I give it a 4, really a 4.5, but I would do again, everyone on the lake loves it.

Comments: These steps are awesome. I order the black powder coat to match my boat and they look awesome. The assembly was simple and they make our family want to play in the water. Jeff and the team were great to do business with.
