Comments: Nice to see that quality built items are still out there, our new retractable ladder on our dock is exactly what was needed. No taking in heavy steps that were difficult to put in/out every season. Easy-to-use, the wider steps are wonderful and easy to climb for both kids and seniors. We looked for awhile to the PERFECT size, strength, easy to install.

Comments: I ordered the 5-step lifting ladder with the wide steps. It was actually very sturdy and easy to install on the dock. My only complaint is that it should come standard with a catch to lock it in the up position.
